What we check
We deliberately keep the checker narrow. It looks for problems we can explain clearly instead of pretending to “fix everything.”
Variant collisions
Flags products that contain more than one variant with the same option values.
Duplicate SKUs
Finds SKUs used on multiple rows. We report these for review because they can sometimes be intentional.
Duplicate barcodes
Surfaces barcode reuse without silently changing identifiers that may have business meaning.
Safe CSV repairs
Removes exact repeated rows and can repair one supported unclosed-quote error when the fix is unambiguous.
Safe by design, not “smart” by guesswork.
Your original file stays untouched. The checker creates separate downloads for safe repairs and issue reports. Duplicate SKUs and barcodes are never changed automatically because legitimate stores can use them intentionally. Uploaded inputs and generated downloads are temporary.
